Alchemist Penitentiary

This is a large penitentiary is home to entire gangs. Its four levels of rooms and the first floor is meant for leaders of gangs to get slaves. Species of all walks are allowed and come here to start gangs. If you are a tresspasser, you can be taken in by a leader of a gang. Tread carefully.The building is long and spans about two blocks long with and east and south wing where the cells were used a long time ago to house criminals. There is even a courtyard.
