It's September, and New Directions is ready to take on the world at Regionals. After sneaking into a rehearsal, Jesse St. James realizes that New Directions could pose a serious threat to their Sectional title. Worried, he realizes that Vocal Adrenaline could actually lose. He knows that they have to win - and he isn't afraid to stoop to sabotage. But what will happen if Shelby finds out?
Meanwhile, Quinn can't decide whether or not she wants to be a Cheerio again, and Finn and Puck are having a hard time being on the football team again. Slushies are still being thrown. Nothing much has changed, but to the Glee kids, everything has. Now, if they want to win, they'll have to push it!
